1. About Steren

Steren is an online automotive marketplace platform that allows users to browse, publish, and discover vehicle-related listings and communicate with other users.

Steren does not act as a vehicle seller, broker, dealership, financing provider, inspection provider, or party to transactions between users unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility

By using Steren, you confirm that:

• You are legally permitted to use the platform
• The information you provide is accurate
• Your use complies with applicable laws and regulations

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting account credentials, and all activity conducted through their accounts.

Steren reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at its discretion where misuse, suspicious activity, violations, or security concerns arise.

4. Listings & User Content

Users are solely responsible for all content they upload, publish, transmit, or make available through the platform, including but not limited to listings, images, descriptions, pricing, and contact information.

Users may not publish content that is false, misleading, unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate.

Steren reserves the right to remove, restrict, review, or moderate content at its discretion without prior notice.

5. Platform Usage Restrictions

• Interfere with platform operations
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Use automated systems or scraping tools
• Distribute malicious software
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Circumvent platform protections
• Use Steren for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes

6. Transactions & Communications

Any communication, negotiation, agreement, or transaction conducted between users is solely the responsibility of those users.

Steren does not verify, endorse, or guarantee:

• The accuracy of listings
• The identity of users
• The condition or legality of vehicles
• Transaction outcomes
• Payment arrangements
• The reliability of user-generated content

Users are solely responsible for independently verifying any information before entering into agreements or transactions.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, branding, design elements, logos, graphics, and materials associated with Steren are owned by Steren or its licensors and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit platform materials without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Steren is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free functionality, platform compatibility, listing accuracy, or suitability for any specific purpose.

Certain features, services, or areas of the platform may not always be available in all regions, devices, or languages.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Steren and Premier Traders Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, financial loss, lost profits, disputes between users, data loss, unauthorized access, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of the platform.

10. Modifications to the Platform

Steren may modify, suspend, restrict, discontinue, or update any part of the platform at any time without prior notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Iraq and the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.

Any disputes relating to the platform shall be subject to the competent courts of Iraq and the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.

Continued use of Steren after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
